Parker Valentine’s Month Promotion

  1. The promoter is: Silveray Stationery Company A Division of Bidvest PaperPlus (Pty) Ltd (company no. 1971/002971/07) whose registered office is at Pencil Park Croxley Close, Heriotdale Ext 15, Germiston, 2094.
  2. The competition is only open to residents of South Africa aged 18 years or older, except employees of Silveray Stationery Company and their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.
  3. There is no entry fee, however, a purchase of any Parker Pen is necessary to enter this competition.
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her/their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  5. Route to entry for the competition, details of how to enter and terms and conditions are available via our Parker website: https://parkerpensa.co.za/. Entrants to please retain their proof of purchase of the Parker Pen.
  6. Only 1 prize per person can be won. Multiple entries from the same person will be accepted. There are 2 prizes in total.
  7. Open date of competition is 1 February 2024. Closing date for entry will be 29 February 2024. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. The competition draw will be on 1 March 2024.
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  9. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

Purchase any Parker Pen during the month of February to stand a chance to win 1 of 2 couple’s treatments at a Life Day Spa nearest to you.

Life Day Spa Couple’s Package (per couple) is inclusive of:

  • Couple’s Room 

 Life Day Spa Couple’s Package voucher terms and conditions:

  • Valid Mondays – Fridays (excluding public holidays)
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or given as a gift to anyone else
  • Valid for 6 months from the winning date
  • General terms and conditions apply
  1. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions (rules, dates and prize) without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  2. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  3. The prize is as follows: The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  4. Winners will be chosen: 2 winners will be chosen randomly from received entries.  Winners will receive a voucher to be used at their nearest Life Day Spa. 
  5. Winners will be announced and contacted. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  6. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/delivered.
  7. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by South African law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
  9. The winner, along with their chosen partner (for purpose of the prize – Life Day Spa Couple’s Package voucher), agrees to the use of his/her/their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner, chosen partner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current SA data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  10. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  11. The competition, prizes, terms and conditions are subject to change, amendment, or modification at the discretion of Silveray Stationery Company without prior notice. Silveray Stationery Company holds no responsibility for any liabilities arising from such changes. The selection of winners is random and at the sole discretion of Silveray Stationery Company.
  12. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, or any other social network. You are providing your information to Silveray Stationery Company and not to any other party.
